InvGate Service Management – User Guide
Step‑by‑step instructions to log in, raise tickets, and manage solutions.
Use your designated InvGate URL and credentials issued by Core Financial Support. After login, go to Home; click Requests to view all calls you’ve logged. To see colleagues’ calls, select Observed in Requests.
- From Home, choose a catalogue item or click New Request (top‑right). Fill in Subject (brief) and Description (full details), add Priority (defaults to Low—change if needed), optionally include a Third‑Party Ticket Number, attach files or screenshots, then click Send. You’ll get an email with your ticket number.
- Tip: Check the Status column for progress; open the ticket to add replies. You’ll receive email notifications for updates.
When a solution is provided, you can Accept it (ticket closes) and you may be asked for a star rating; 4–5 stars won’t require a comment. If the solution doesn’t resolve the issue, click Reject, add the reason, and the ticket returns to Open.
