Role Overview

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, supporting them with their software queries and ensuring they receive timely, effective assistance. You’ll work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and contribute to the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and ticketing system in a professional and timely manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues or escalate as appropriate
  • Guide clients through features and functionality of our systems
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
  • Collaborate with our product, development, and consulting teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Contribute to knowledge base and support documentation
  • Assist in onboarding and training new clients as needed
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years in a customer service or client support role, ideally in a software or technology environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Proficiency with helpdesk software and CRM tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience working with clients in any of our core sectors is a plus (Public Sector, Not-for-Profit, Aviation Leasing, Finance Shared Services, Commercial Enterprises).
